1. General Information The website www.infinityvision.it (hereinafter the "Site") is owned by INFINITY VISION S.A.S. DI CRO' LUCIANO & C., registered office at Via Passanti Scafati 24/26, 84018 Scafati SA, Italy, VAT no. IT 04484590650, contact email: info@infinityvision.it. Access to and use of the Site are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Legal Notice.

2. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, videos, layouts and software, is the exclusive property of INFINITY VISION S.A.S. DI CRO' LUCIANO & C. or the respective rights holders, and is protected by Italian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the content without the written authorisation of the rights holder is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of the Site Users agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, public morality and these terms. The following are prohibited: using the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; attempting to access confidential data or computer systems without authorisation; compromising the security or functionality of the Site. Infinity Vision is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from improper use of the Site or inability to access it.

4. Products and Services Information and images relating to products on the Site are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice. INFINITY VISION S.A.S. DI CRO' LUCIANO & C. strives to ensure maximum accuracy but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or inaccuracies in descriptions or prices.

5. Prices and Payments All prices on the Site are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and certified gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. Instalment payment via Alma (up to 4 monthly instalments) is also available.

6. Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped via express courier with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 72 business hours. Shipping is free for orders over €69.00; for lower amounts, a flat fee of €5.00 applies. Delays not attributable to Infinity Vision do not entitle the customer to refunds or compensation.

7. Right of Withdrawal The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, by notifying their intention to withdraw via email to info@infinityvision.it. Items must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the return.

8. Limitation of Liability INFINITY VISION S.A.S. DI CRO' LUCIANO & C. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site, service interruptions, technical errors or third-party content. Users access the Site at their own risk and acknowledge that services are provided "as is".

9. Privacy and Data Protection The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the dedicated section of the Site, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Data collected is used exclusively for order management, customer support and commercial communications, subject to the user's consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Legal Notice is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms, the Court of Salerno shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
