Infinity Vision operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with an appropriate shopping experience (the "Services"). Infinity Vision is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

Product descriptions, images and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and certified payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. Instalment payment via Alma (up to 4 monthly instalments) is also available.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Orders are shipped via express courier with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 72 business hours. Shipping is free for orders over €69.00; for orders below this amount, a flat fee of €5.00 applies. Delays not attributable to Infinity Vision do not entitle the customer to refunds or compensation.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on returns, refunds and the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We are not responsible if information made available on the Services is not accurate, complete or current. The material on the Services is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

The user accesses the Services at their own risk and acknowledges that the Services are provided "as is".
